What this website collects, how it's used, and what it does not do. Effective September 19, 2026.

The quote tool

The quote form asks for gender, date of birth, self-described health, tobacco use, coverage amount, and term. Those answers go to the carriers' quoting service to return rates and are not stored here. Quotes do not require your name, address, phone, or email. Identical requests may be answered from a short-lived cache.

Applying

If you choose to apply, your answers prefill a secure application on the carriers' platform. You then follow that platform's privacy terms. Applications are managed by Susman Insurance Agency, a licensed California agency (License 0B75129).

The contact form

Your contact form asks for your name, email, an optional phone, your preferred reply method, a topic, and your message. It goes by email to the agency; we use your email as the reply address. This website keeps no record of the message, no submissions database, and no logs of content. A short-lived anti-spam check runs in your browser first.

Measurement

This website measures page views with first-party, cookieless counting from this domain. No cookies or trackers are set; two bytes of your IP address are masked before storage; referring page queries are removed; raw logs are deleted after 90 days. Browsers sending Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control are not measured.

What we do not do

We do not sell or share personal information, use ads or ad trackers, or run third-party analytics. The only third-party code on this site is the carriers' application platform on the application page, loaded only if you visit it.
